Move More Dance and Zumba

A dance based exercise class which introduces a variety of dance genre, designed to be a fun combination of practicing your dance moves, whilst exercising a wide variety of muscle groups. The classes cater for all levels of dance experience – the only requirement is enthusiasm!

Move More Zumba is a whole body workout promoting heart health while toning muscle and improving coordination and flexibility. It’s a fun, enjoyable class with Latin inspired dance moves and music.
