The key is to start small and slowly build up the number of minutes of activity you fit into your week. Think about when you might have some free time to do some exercise or try a new class.

Walk More

Join our free Move More Walks which take place at various locations across the island, or follow one of the many self-guided walking routes available.

Run More

Our free RunTogether Couch to 5K programme is for people who have never run before, or need support to run. There are also self-guided running plans.

Cycle More

We offer free Learn to Ride, Sofa2Saddle and Gaining Momentum cycling programmes throughout the year, plus regular women only and mixed cycle rides.

Swim More

Our swimming programmes are for beginners, or for intermediates who want to improve their swimming technique. We offer indoor and open water swimming.
