Employment history: Elizabeth started with the Move More GP Referral team in the early 2000’s and enjoys working with a large cross section of people with various health and physical limitations.

Exercise to Music qualified
Having Exercise to Music and Circuit training qualifications has allowed Elizabeth to combine the two together to create a varied and enjoyable Bodyfit circuit class for all abilities.
Hobbies: In her spare time, Liz loves kayaking, wall-climbing, Nordic walking and coastal walks.
