Kick start your 2022 in a positive way – keep active and raise funds for Mind Jersey!

RED January is a community movement, designed to inspire you to get active every day, to beat the winter blues away!

Throughout January you can walk, run, swim, cycle or choose your favourite fitness activity – set your own personal goal and then make a donation to Mind Jersey.

Whilst taking part, you will enjoy plenty of support from Move Move Jersey every step, splash and pedal of the way!

WHY TAKE PART?

  • Take part this January by moving more every day, to beat the winter blues away!
  • Exercise is good for your physical health and great for your mental health too – it can help boost your mood and self-esteem.
  • Adding a short wellbeing activity into your daily routine will help to keep you feeling a little better in body and mind.
  • By moving more each day, you will start to increase your physical health, which in turn will help to build up your immunity to help you fight against common colds and viruses.
  • Feel good for taking part, for increasing your fitness and for supporting Mind Jersey.

Whilst taking part in RED January, we would love you to please show your support by helping to raise funds for local mental health charity, Mind Jersey, by making a donation.
