Role within Jersey Sport: Move More Referral Instructor.

Previous employment: With a history rich in sporting achievements, Isidro joined the team in 2009 after completing his BSc (Hons) in Sports Sciences from Brunel University and qualifying as a Master Personal Trainer, in which he currently runs his own business. He is a positive, energetic and gregarious member of the team with a great enthusiasm and willingness for helping people. He is a Portuguese bi-linguist. His passion for, and active study of, the fields of pre/re-habilitation, the psychology of human behaviour and peak performance greatly underpin his holistic approach in working with clients and contribute greatly towards him achieving high standards of client motivation and results.

Hobbies: Isidro loves to play basketball, tennis and a variety of outdoor activities. He also loves to explore his creative side on stage with acting in theatre. And after becoming a father for the first time in November 2019, he says he’s ‘very grateful to have a wonderful world of drama at home now too!
